What an amazing year at the Cherry Springs Star Party. Four wonderful nights of observing, under beautiful clear, dark skies. It couldn’t had been any better, and no one could recollect a better run for the party. We had seven KAS members travel to the annual festivities this year, plus we were joined by two members from the Syracuse Astronomical Society. All of the speakers at the event were great, and one KAS member won two raffle prizes this year (A $50 AstroZap gift certificate and a moon meteorite sample). On the final night, we hosted at least 50 public onlookers with our telescopes in traditional KAS style. By far a great event to attend!
